Any cooperation with merchants, traders, partner teams, PSPs or other partners is subject to a prior review, successful verification (including KYB/KYC where applicable) and a separate written agreement. The terms of that agreement prevail over any information on the Website. We may decline any request at our discretion and are not obliged to give reasons.

We work only with legally operating businesses that hold the licenses and registrations required for their activity in their jurisdictions. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or third-party information without authorization;
• use the Website for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or interfere with its operation, including by automated means, scraping or overloading;

The Website, including its design, texts, graphics, the Nominal Payments name and logo, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Nominal or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your internal business evaluation. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the law specified in the agreement between you and Nominal, if any. Otherwise, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the place where the Nominal entity operating the Website is registered, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
