1.Licensed and legally operating businesses only

We work only with businesses that operate legally in their jurisdictions and hold the licenses, registrations and permits their activity requires. This applies equally to high-risk industries such as online gaming, betting, forex and CFD, crypto, nutra and adult.

2.Verification and onboarding

Before any cooperation starts, we carry out a review that may include:

  • KYB verification of the company: registration, ownership structure and ultimate beneficial owners;
  • KYC checks of directors, beneficial owners and authorized representatives;
  • review of licenses, business model, websites and traffic sources;
  • screening against sanctions, PEP and adverse media lists.

3.Ongoing monitoring

Once live, activity is subject to transaction monitoring, fraud detection and traffic quality controls. We may request additional information or documents at any time, and may suspend or limit processing where risk indicators are identified.

4.Prohibited activity

We do not work with, and will terminate cooperation with, parties involved in:

  • activities that are illegal in the relevant jurisdiction;
  • money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion;
  • persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions, or operations in sanctioned jurisdictions;
  • fraud, identity misuse or deliberately misleading customers;
  • services to minors where age restrictions apply.

5.Responsibilities of local partners

Traders and partner teams operate as registered businesses in their own countries. They are responsible for their local tax obligations, reporting and compliance with the rules that apply to their commercial accounts, and must pass KYB verification before connecting accounts.

6.Our right to refuse

Submitting a request does not create any obligation for Nominal. We may decline, suspend or end any cooperation where compliance requirements are not met, without necessarily giving reasons where the law does not permit it.

7.Reporting concerns

If you suspect fraud or misuse of our infrastructure, or have a compliance question, contact us at [email protected]. Reports are handled confidentially.
