1.Who is responsible for your data

Nominal Payments is responsible for the personal data processed through the Website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

2.Data we collect

We only collect data that you provide to us or that is generated when you use the Website:

  • Contact details: name, company name, position, email address, Telegram or WhatsApp handle.
  • Business information: website, country of registration, entity type, business type or verticals, monthly volume range, GEOs of interest, number of commercial accounts, processing capabilities and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, UTM parameters and the language of the page from which a form was sent.
  • Consent records: your cookie choice and the fact that you accepted this Policy when submitting a form.

3.How we use your data

  • To respond to your request and contact you about it.
  • To evaluate whether a partnership or service is possible, including preliminary business review and, at a later onboarding stage, KYB/KYC checks.
  • To protect the Website and our business against fraud, spam and abuse.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • To understand how the Website is used and improve it (only with your consent where consent is required).

4.Legal bases

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and responding to business enquiries; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent for non-essential cookies and analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

5.Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only when necessary:

  • With service providers that host the Website, deliver and store form submissions or provide messaging and security tools, under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • With companies within our group and with team members involved in handling your request.
  • With partners involved in a specific partnership or onboarding, only as far as needed and in line with the agreement with you.
  • With authorities, courts or regulators where required by law or to protect our rights.

6.International transfers

We operate internationally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses to protect data transferred across borders.

7.Retention

We keep data from enquiries that do not lead to a partnership for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Data related to a partnership is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering and accounting rules.

8.Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions and server-side processing of form submissions. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

9.Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10.Third-party services

The Website links to third-party services such as Telegram and our API documentation hosted on GitHub. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
